  This place was lovely. Nothing like a big aromatic bowl of Pho on a cold rainy night! Our waitress was super sweet and funny. Our food came out quickly. They have a decent drink menu too.

  Have been going here for years, since way back when saigon cafe was on the other side of Elmwood. Pad thai is a staple and a safe bet. Friends say it's some of their favorite pho in Buffalo. Recently had the chicken wings with fish sauce and it was a hidden gem.

  Always order from here through skip the dishes and it's always great. One order I got over cooked shrimp, mushy rice and vegetables. Asked for sides of soy sauce, siracha sauce and pickled onions. I didn't receive any of my sides. I called and they didn't want to deliver the sides because they didn't think it was a big deal. So I proceeded to eat the dry rice, but then realized it was grossssss! Called to speak to a manager, a worker offered for me to bring the food in so they can take a look at it. I would've did carry out if I wanted to travel. They took my name and number, I didn't hear anything back. The food is STILL sitting in my fridge basically untouched. I called yesterday morning around 11, they took my name and number AGAIN said the manager would call around 5pm. Still haven't heard back. I missed out on $23 for some shrimp and chicken Thai rice but I won't be ordering from here anymore.
