Honestly, the atmosphere is a little exquisite. The place smells as that old rooms that has been closed for a while. But, it is relevant to say that my wife and kids loved the experience of kind of entering into a "time machine" to the past.
The waitress was very polite and friendly.
In summary:
Rate 4 for the food (specially to incentivize a genuine home made food).
Rate 4 for the friendly waitress. You feel as if you were in a family lunch.
Rate 3 for the place (needs care).
Rate 3 for the price.
