  My family and I stopped in on 1/1/17. Even though the place was packed we only had a 5 minute wait. The hostess was very friendly. This is where our good experience turned to a bad experience. Our server came to greet us and couldn't be bothered to smile or make eye contact. No big deal I thought, she probably had a long day as it was 6pm on a holiday. We ordered an appetizer and 3 entrées. When my burger arrived I picked it up to find a long black hair underneath. The server gave a cold apology and asked if I wanted another one, which I did. When she brought out my replacement there were no fries on the plate. She realized this as she handed me the plate. She did bring the fries out later. When we were ready to settle the bill we gave here two gift cards which she screwed up and made it take 30 minutes to get that taken care of. Her apologies and actions seemed forced. To be fair the rest of the waitresses seemed upbeat and friendly. A good manager would have taken notice of our waitresses demeanor and corrected it.

  I just stopped in because I wanted to check it out. Really cute setting, rustic, and friendly workers. I got the cheddar cheese bread which was full of large chunks of cheese, yum! I also got an Ithaca milk. I thought the pricing was a little high, but I guess good bread isn't easy to make.
